What is a healthy lifestyle?

What is a healthy lifestyle?

Make it easy for yourself.

It should be natural to eat healthy foods. It has to be something that you want to eat. It should not be force or guilt which makes you eat. If you start thinking of all the things you are not allowed to eat, then you are already a step in the wrong direction when it comes to how your body will react to the foods.

Rather think about the things you are allowed to eat. Choose foods that you like and enjoy, and eat them with a smile. Do that and you will not have a guilty conscience over food again. Feel what it is that makes you happy and find your own balance. It is fine to drink a cup of coffee a day (before 04:00 PM) if you, during the rest of the day, eat nutritious, life-giving, organic, and clean foods. Drink water between meals.

Make wholemeal and hearty bread, buns, and crispbread on the weekends so you have it for the whole week. Toast bread and buns on the toaster at work so it feels fresh and delicious.

Buy frozen peas, broccoli, spinach, beans, and wok vegetables for the freezer when you need quick vegetables on the pan, in smoothies, or in the salad, after being drenched with boiling water. Fresh vegetables are best, but frozen vegetables are second best.

Boil larger portions (preferably 500 grams) of chickpeas and beans at a time, and place the leftovers in the freezer. Then there are always beans and chickpeas when needed.

It is always good to prepare for the week if you come home after a long day of work and need to eat something as soon as possible.
