We were thrilled to discover an American study that emphasized the advantages of consuming six apples a day for women, which only reinforced our commitment to using natural ingredients.
At our company, we firmly believe in the power of natural ingredients and the principle of 'less is more'. With this knowledge, we conducted extensive research and started developing our product in our own kitchen.
Throughout the process, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Monica Takamiya Wik and Dr. Peter Kristoffersen, who provided invaluable insights and expertise.
Our collaboration has resulted in the development of a range of transporters. These transporters are small, tasty reservoirs that contain healthy and beneficial superfoods that are not commonly consumed in supplement or powder form. Years ago, Brian stumbled upon an American study that showed that when women eat approx. 6 apples daily, magic changes actaully happen.

Formel backgrounds
On a daily basis POLY N PRO is driven by Irene H. Pedersen and Brian H. Pedersen.
Irene is a trained pedagogue (Cand. Pæd.) from the University of Århus. Through the years, she has worked with many children on the autism spectrum and with ADHD disorders.
Brian is an engineering graduate from Technical University of Denamrk (MPF, MBB). He has solid experience as an independent self-employed consultant and as an Operational Excellence Consultant with a lot of Danish and international corporations such as in Oil & Gas, Pharmacy, Logistic, etc.
Monica is a biochemist graduate and has a Ph.D. from the Max-Planck Institute in Cologne, Germany. She has since worked in the biotech and food industry before she, together with Peter Kristoffersen, created the companies Coesam Scandinavia and SUKO Nordic in 2004 and 2016 respectively.
Peter is a graduate of molecular biology and has a Ph.D. from the Max-Planck Institute in Cologne, Germany. He has since worked in biotech before he and Monica Takamiya created the companies Coesam Scandinavia and SUKO Nordic in 2004 and 2016 respectively.
Inspired by the research, collaboration, scientists, and many hours of development, experiments, calculations, and lab analyses, we have collectively developed these Gourmet supplemets which, so far, are designed as bars, bites, and bombs.
