Product ordering
When you place an order through polynpro.com, the order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. Before you approve your order, you will have the opportunity to correct or delete products that you have added to the shopping cart and change the information you have provided in connection with your purchase. Your order is not shipped or binding until you have clicked “approve order”.
Prices and payment
The price of a product is the price (s) listed on polynpro.com at the time of ordering. Subject to misprints and sold-out items. The price for any delivery is stated on your order, and the total price for your order is stated on the order confirmation.
All prices for products on polynpro.com are valid until changed. The prices are stated in Euro incl. VAT, but exclusive delivery costs.
POLY N PRO only deducts the amount from your account when the respective order is ready for dispatch. Once the transaction is complete, it will appear in your account. When paying by debit card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to POLY N PRO’s payment provider. Thus, POLY N PRO does not have access to your payment information.
Order confirmation
POLY N PRO sends you a digital order confirmation to confirm your purchase. The order confirmation contains the order number, name, address, delivery address, payment method, specification of the ordered products, and the total price including any delivery costs. POLY N PRO receives a digital copy of all orders, but it is recommended that you print out the order confirmation yourself, as it contains important information about the purchase. The order confirmation is also relevant if the purchase is canceled or if you have objections to the purchase. The final order is confirmed when the order is sent from POLY N PRO and the purchase includes the products stated in the order confirmation.
Delivery
POLY N PRO offers two types of delivery. Home delivery costs DKK 50.00 including VAT and delivery to parcel shop costs DKK 30.00 including VAT. For purchases over DKK 239.00, there is always free shipping. The expected delivery time is 1-4 business days from the date of order confirmation. POLY N PRO is responsible for the goods until you have received them. You will receive the address for the package pick-up location as well as the time when the package is ready for collection at the e-mail used on polynpro.com when placing the order. The shipment will be available for pickup in 5 business days. You can also choose to add a company address as the delivery location.
The delivery costs associated with your purchase appear on your order as well as order confirmation and will be charged along with your payment for the purchased item.
Online payment
Credit card information is transmitted via polynpro.com to YourPay on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Thus, POLY N PRO does not have access to your payment card information.
All credit card information and personal information such as name and address are sent encrypted over the Internet. This makes the information unreadable to anyone other than POLY N PRO and the card issuer. All other information that you may otherwise provide on polynpro.com is treated confidentially and used to process your order, for statistical use, and in connection with other contact with you. Personal information is stored by POLY N PRO in a database on a secure server to which there is no public access. Your information is stored for up to 6 years and only to the extent that it is legal. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the option to insight into and correct the personal information that concerns you. You can also object to the further processing of your personal data.
If you discover unauthorized withdrawals on your card, do the following:
Contact your bank or card issuer and report the unauthorized withdrawal.
If your bank or card issuer determines that the unauthorized withdrawal is due to misuse of credit card information that was discovered while you were shopping at polynpro.com and imposes a deductible on you, please contact us immediately.

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the goods are sent from POLY N PRO ApS. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
All prices are in £ incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, however, not after a purchase has been realized.
Transport
The shipment is delivered with primarily DAO to your home address, selected parcel box, or post office. In cases where the size of the consignment does not comply with DAO standards, the consignment is delivered with Post Nord despite the DAO being stated as the consignment supplier.
You will receive the address for the package collection point as well as the time when the package is ready for collection on the e-mail that was used on the webshop when the order was placed. The shipment will be available for pickup in 5 business days. You can also choose to add a company address as the delivery location.
It is recommended that you save the receipt or documentation that you sent the message as well as the purchased one.
Duty to survey and deficiencies
When you receive your order, you must immediately make an examination of your received goods, including carefully inspecting the delivered goods to determine if it has errors or defects. You can complain to POLY N PRO within two years of receiving your order if there are any errors or omissions. However, you should always remember to complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or defect.
Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods to Danish freight forwarders, GLS or Post Danmark
Delivery time
Addresses in Denmark: 1 – 4 working days.
Note: In connection with ordering on very hot days, there may be a longer delivery time. We may choose to pack the goods in insulating packaging and possibly send a cooling element. During very hot periods, during peak periods, in the event of acute illness, or in the event of internal package handling challenges with our distribution partners or the like, longer delivery times may occur. Orders received on weekends/holidays or weekdays after 14:00 are sent the following weekday. In peripheral areas in different parts of the country, longer delivery times may occur.
Track & Trace
We will send you a track and trace mail and/or. SMS when your package leaves our warehouse.
Re-sending
If you forget to pick up your package at the post office, write the wrong address, or denied receipt, Post Danmark will send it back to POLY N PRO, after which we will send you an email with an offer to resend the item if you wish, for a fee of 45, 00, –
Quality
Quality is a key issue for POLY N PRO. This applies to all aspects, including shipping. That is why we have developed packaging that ensures that your goods are protected and arrive safely.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of return and right of withdrawal on items purchased on polynpro.com, as only perishable foods are sold exclusively.
If you fail to pick up your goods at the post office or refuse to receive the goods, the shipment will be sent back to POLY N PRO. If you regret your purchase, you must clearly inform POLY N PRO that you have regretted the purchase. The return shipping cost is DKK 45, which is always borne by the buyer.
Complaints
When you shop at polynpro.com, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can get the item exchanged or the money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must not send the item back. You must document the complaint by taking photos of the defect in the item and sending the photos to reklamation@polynpro.com
We recommend that the goods are stored cool and dry. (15 – 20 degrees Celsius.)
How fast do I need to send in a complaint?
You must complain within 14 days after you have discovered the defect in the item. The deadline runs from the date on which goods are delivered and expires 14 days after the deadline’s start time. When this occurs, please contact us at reklamation@polynpro.com.
Cookies
To facilitate the procedure for your future purchases at polynpro.com, polynpro.com uses a so-called “cookie”. It is a small file that is stored on your own PC. It means that you do not have to enter your address the next time you buy items at polynpro.com. You can of course delete the cookie on your PC yourself.
Marketing
When you provide your e-mail in connection with a purchase at polynpro.com, POLY N PRO may use the e-mail address to contact you regarding the current agreement and to market similar products, unless you have opted out. Furthermore, POLY N PRO may generally use the email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have agreed to receive this marketing material. You can always opt out of receiving marketing materials by using the link in the electronic marketing materials that you have received.
Complaint access
At any time, you have the opportunity to have a complaint processed by writing to reklamation@polynpro.com.
If we do not succeed in finding a solution, a complaint about a product or service can also be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Boards. https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk
